Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    water (to cover vegetables)
    salt to taste
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Mash, leaving some chunks. Add milk, whipping cream and seasonings.
    Simmer for a few minutes.
