Homemade Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    popcorn
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients except baking soda until bubbly around edges.
    Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in baking soda until foamy.
    Pour over popped popcorn and stir to coat well.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
