Chicken With Caraway Seed(Kylling Med Karve) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. potato starch (or regular flour)
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed, lightly crushed
    2 c. sour cream, at room temperature
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (4 lb.) chicken, cut in serving pieces
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine flour and potato starch; season with salt and pepper and coat the chicken pieces.
    Heat shortening in a heavy skillet; brown the chicken on all sides.
    Transfer chicken to a casserole.
    Add the caraway seed, broth and 1 cup of sour cream.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Just before serving, stir in the remaining sour cream.
    Serves 4 to 6.
