Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 small onion
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and carrots.
    Dice into bite-size.
    Chop celery and onion.
    Put all ingredients into a deep saucepan; add enough water for mixture to stir easily.
    Simmer until all is tender. Great on a cold day served with cornbread.
