Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 c. finely diced peeled apples
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; add apples and nuts.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs with fork; add oil, vanilla and sugar.
    Mix with flour mixture.
    Turn into well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake in 350\u00b0
    oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
