Microwave Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    5 c. day old bread cubes
    1/4 to 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Scald milk and butter over low heat.
    Mix bread cubes, raisins and nuts in an 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Beat together milk mixture, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Pour over bread. Microwave on Bake-7 (Medium) for 12 to 14 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Yield:
    One 8 x 8-inch dish.
