Ingredients

1 lb. oleo
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Knead and shape into 1 1/2-inch rolls.
Chill overnight. Slice and sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes, until light brown.
