Mexican Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced chicken, cooked (light or dark meat)
    3/4 c. onions
    1/2 c. green peppers
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    3 drops Tabasco (more if you like it hot)
    2 c. corn chips
    1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix the chicken, onions, green pepper, soup and Tabasco.
    Fold in the corn chips.
    Place in a shallow baking pan about, 9 x 12-inches in size.
    Spread grated cheese over the top.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
    Serve at once, piping hot.
    Serves 6.
