Lots O'Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. Pillsbury's Best all-purpose or unbleached flour
1 c. Pillsbury Best whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. (5 medium) thinly sliced, peeled apples
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts; beat at low speed until moistened.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
Makes 12 servings.
