Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) boxes rigatoni
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 lb. hamburger
    1 large chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic
    2 qt. Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 small can tomato paste, plus 1 can water
    1 c. Italian grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook rigatoni as directed on package; drain.
    Cook hamburger in large pot until done.
    Add chopped onion and garlic; cook for 5 minutes.
    Add Ragu, tomato paste and water.
    Cook for 15 minutes. Makes 2 large pans.
