Shrimp Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    6 large green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Cut off tops of peppers;
    remove seeds and membrane.
    Precook in salted water 5 minutes; drain. Cook celery
    in\tbutter.
    Stir
    in
    flour,
    seasoned salt and basil. Add
    milk and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook until thick. Add 1/4 cup cheese and wine; stir until cheese melts.
    Stir in shrimp
    and macaroni.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for
    30\tminutes.
    Add remaining cheese (1/2 cup) atop peppers.
    Bake 3 minutes more.
