Pineapple Pecan Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
Cream butter. Blend in sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add dry ingredients alternately with pineapple juice and vanilla.
Fold in pecans.
Bake approximately 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0 (glass pan at 325\u00b0).
