Ingredients

5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
3 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. lemon rind
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar.
Cream together butter or oleo and flour mixture.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; add to milk.
Gradually add lemon juice and rind.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in carefully to other mixtures.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Place in pan with 1-inch of hot water.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
