Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large raw potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sweet milk (approximately)
Preparation
    Grate potatoes; add salt.
    Stir in flour and thin out with milk.
    Fry on well-greased griddle until brown.
    Flip to cook other side until brown.
    (Can be made in a blender as well.)
