Congealed Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. large curd cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until slightly congealed. Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan or greased mold.
    Chill until set.
    Serves 4 to 6.
