Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 to 2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    3 stuffed olives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    1/2 c. finely crushed saltines
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine the cheese with the rest of the ingredients.
    Form into a long roll and wrap in wax paper.
    Refrigerate until firm. Serve on a tray surrounded by olives and crackers.
