Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tube crescent rolls
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar, Swiss or Monterey)
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Press crescent rolls in bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread sausage and sprinkle with cheese and potatoes.
    (Note:
    May freeze at this point for later use.)
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over the bottom layer.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    (If frozen, be sure to thaw ahead of time or add to baking time.)
