Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. diced pimento
    1/2 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 regular can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order given.
    Blend well.
    Pour in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
