Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten with a fork
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil (no substitute)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation

Measure flour and sift once.
Sift remaining dry ingredients together.
Add all ingredients together and sift.
Do not beat with mixer.
Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
