Ground Beef Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (4 oz.) pkg. uncooked noodles
1/2 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. reduced-fat sour cream
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet; add noodles. Combine water, broth, tomato juice and seasonings.
Pour over noodles and meat mixture.
Cover; simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add green pepper; cover and cook until noodles are tender.
Add mushrooms and sour cream; heat but do not boil. Makes 6 servings.
