Turkey Or Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. turkey or chicken, cooked and diced
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter until transparent.
    Add soup, turkey, mayonnaise and rice.
    Put in casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quart) and sprinkle with corn flakes or potato chip crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mushrooms may also be added before baking.
