Abe'S Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    4 Tbsp. duck sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Szechwan sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large sliced onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 or 3 carrots, sliced into 2-inch thin strips
    1 large zucchini, sliced
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a work or large skillet, put 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and add onions and brown slightly.
    Then add chicken and stir around 4 or 5 minutes.
    Then add all liquids and stir, then add in vegetables and continue to stir.
    When vegetables get tender, dish is ready.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
