Creamy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Put shredded cabbage in large bowl; sprinkle with sugar.
    Toss until mixed and cover.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Mix lemon juice and mayonnaise in small bowl.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Add carrot and green pepper.
    Toss to mix well.
    Serves 8.
