Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 large can or small bag coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and butter together.
    Add other ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Makes 2 pies or 16 tarts.
