Tuna Vegetable Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. cooked peas
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Break tuna into large chunks in a bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients to tuna; mix well.
    Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
