Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken legs and thighs, skinned
1 c. yogurt
1 minced onion
2-inch piece ginger
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground coriander
juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

Combine yogurt with minced onion, minced piece of ginger, all seasonings listed and lemon juice.
Cut gashes into chicken legs and thighs.
Pour yogurt marinade over them and let marinate in the fridge overnight.
