Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 medium chicken breasts (halves)
    1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 can water
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Cut in bite size pieces.
    Mix soup, sour cream and lemon juice; pour over chicken bits to cover.
    Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until it bubbles through.
    Ready to serve.
