Cheesy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion and green pepper in a large skillet; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain off drippings. Add next 5 ingredients; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese; mix well. Layer half of each: the noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
