Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) bag taco chips
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation

Fry hamburger and add the can of tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
Mix cottage cheese and sour cream together in a bowl. Crush up taco chips.
Take a 2-quart casserole dish or pan and pour a layer of hamburger mix, then chips, then the sour cream. Then sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top and repeat layers.
You may add beans if desired or sausage.
You may also add sliced black olives on top of sour cream mixture if desired.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
