Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 slice dampened loaf bread
    1 small onion, cut fine
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, cut fine
    1/2 c. tomato ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in loaf or round pan.
    Put 1/2 cup of water in bottom of pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for one hour and 15 minutes or until done.
