Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin filling
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour in uncooked pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
