Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups all purpose flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups mashed bananas
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cup oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Mix all together by hand. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing.
