Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 jar thick tomato sauce (Ragu, Prima Salsa)
    1/2 c. water
    7 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, egg and 1/2 cup sauce.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pat into rectangular shape, cover with thin slices of Mozzarella cheese and roll up like a jelly roll, sealing ends.
    Place in shallow baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and pour off excess fat.
