Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    1 small can pumpkin
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well the flour, sugar, cinnamon, oil, eggs and water.
    Set aside.
    Mix pumpkin, baking soda and salt.
    Add to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Add walnuts or raisins.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans or 13 ounce coffee cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
    Makes 4 loaves.
