Pineapple-French Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne
3/4 c. pineapple syrup (drained from can of pineapple slices)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Mix ingredients in saucepan, then heat over low heat using a beater to blend until thick and clear.
Chill, then beat again. Makes 1 cup dressing.
