Barbecue Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chopped chutney
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 large flank steak
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    For the marinade, mix together the first five ingredients. Pour over and marinate steak for 4 hours or longer, turning often. Drain and barbecue over glowing coals, about 5 minutes on each side for medium.
    Slice meat on diagonal (more tender) into thin slices to serve.
