Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken, boiled and meat diced
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. poppy seed
    4 oz. snack crackers, crumbled (Ritz or Hi Ho)
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Combine chicken, sour cream, soup and poppy seed.
    Pour in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Crumble snack crackers and pour melted butter in small bowl.
    Mix thoroughly, making sure crackers are moist.
    Sprinkle crackers on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 4.
