Barbecue Beef On A Bun - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 lb. boneless chuck roast
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cover and roast in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven for 3 to 4 hours.
Pull apart with 2 forks and serve on warm buns.
