Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs (or Oreos)
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped until soft peaks form
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
38 Oreos, broken up
1/2 c. heavy cream
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Mix crumbs and margarine; press into 9-inch spring-form pan. Cream the cream cheese and sugar; fold in whipped cream and cookies.
Pour into pan and place in the freezer.
Bring 1/2 cup cream to a simmer; add chocolate and stir until smooth.
Cool to lukewarm.
Pour over cheesecake and smooth top.
Store in freezer. Set out 15 minutes before serving.
It freezes really well if you cover it.
Serves 9 to 12.
