Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
5 large eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet on top of stove.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a 10-inch pie plate, place browned, drained sausage. Top with hash browns, then sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs with milk and pepper.
Pour over Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
(Can be cooled, refrigerated and reheated.) Serves 6.
