Pecan Chocolate Fudge Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 sq. bitter chocolate
    generous tsp. cocoa
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Into a heavy, wide mouthed saucepan, put sugar, evaporated milk, a pinch of salt, butter, chocolate and cocoa.
    Cook over low heat until the sugar melts, then over a medium flame until the mixture thickens and heavily clings to the spoon.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Let stand a few minutes, then beat until the gloss is gone from the candy.
    Stir in 1 cup of pecans.
    Pour in buttered pan and cut into squares.
