Joanne'S Jello Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
    2/3 c. boiling water
    2 c. ice cubes
    3 1/2 c. or 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crumbs crust
    1 c. or can fruit (of your choice)*
Preparation
    *Suggested fruits:
    1 cup diced, peeled and pitted fresh peaches or apricots; 1 cup fresh raspberries or blueberries; 1 cup diced orange sections or fresh strawberries; 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can apricots or sliced peaches, drained or diced; or 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained.
