Zupfa(Swiss Sunday Bread) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 kg Better for Bread flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cube yeast or 1 packet active dry yeast
600 ml lukewarm milk (2% is best)
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.
Mix together flour, salt and sugar in separate bowl.
Slowly add milk and yeast.
Knead by hand or with mixer with bread hook.
Let dough rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a slightly warm room.
Once dough is kneaded, split dough into 4 even parts.
