Gingerbread(Low Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark molasses
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Blend molasses, brown sugar, canola oil, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger.
    Stir in boiling water.
    Mix in unsifted flour. Dissolve baking soda in 2 teaspoons hot water; add to batter. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
