Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
1 2/3 c. water
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 Tbsp. butter
3 bananas
Preparation

In a heavy pan dissolve cornstarch with water.
Stir in milk and egg yolks.
Cook and stir until thick.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Cool slightly.
Slice bananas in bottom of pie shell.
Add pudding mix on top of bananas.
Chill 4 hours.
