Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese or low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained well
    salt and pepper
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 egg
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix Ricotta and Mozzarella with egg and seasonings.
    Add spinach and mix well.
    Line pan with layer of sauce, uncooked lasagna noodles, cheese mixture and sauce.
    Continue to layer, finishing with sauce and remaining cheese.
    (You may use extra Mozzarella, if desired.)
    Pour water gently around edge.
