Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed just enough to break apart
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice, drained
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. shredded cheese
    margarine or butter
    2 slices bread
Preparation
    Brown the onions and celery in 1/2 cup margarine.
    Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole with nonstick spray.
    Mix together in casserole: broccoli, rice, mushroom soup, cheese and the browned onions and celery.
    Butter 2 slices of bread and crumble finely; sprinkle over top of mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
