Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cut and peel zucchini.
    Boil with onion for 5 minutes.
    Drain and put in casserole dish.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
