Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 c. popped corn
    1/8 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil butter, syrup, water, sugar and cream of tartar to soft ball stage, then add soda.
    Stir and pour over popped corn.
    Bake in oven at lowest temperature 150\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir at least 3 times.
