Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and eggs together until light.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Fold into butter and sugar mixture.
Chill for several hours.
Roll out and cut out cookies.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0
for 8 to 10 minutes.
